Overclocking

Using MSI Afterburner, we pushed the power limit to 118 percent and the temperature limit to 87°C – the maximum permitted values. No voltage adjustment was available.

We successfully added 125MHz to the core clock, and the memory was stable at a hefty 15.8Gbps, which is nearly 13 percent faster than stock.

The results of our newly overclocked card are shown in a selection of benchmarks below.
